We will be offering this 1st class for FREE as a way of re-introducing you to Natasha. Receiving good physical adjustments is important for yogis who seek to maintain asana integrity and to safely advance their practice. Because of this, yoga teachers, responsible for showing the way and preventing bad habits from taking root, work constantly to improve and build their repertoire of techniques. This is an opportunity to hone these vital skills. Join Bonnie Jones for a Yoga Adjustment Workshop hosted by Ginseng Yoga. Primary focus will be on basic standing asanas.
