The 7-8:15pm Deep Healing class will be extended another 15 minutes:::
7-8:30pm For those new to inversions, or for those looking to fine tune their bodies before flying. This workshop will take you through ways to build strong foundations and deep core awareness to awaken the body to be light and free in your inversions. Simple concrete steps, alignment strategies and tips will be shared to make your flight smooth. Preparations for handstand, forearm balance, headstand and shoulder stand will be given to work on. For those with a little more experience who are willing and able to practice inverting against the wall and with a partner...over the course of the workshop we'll explore ways to use the tools given and leap with faith into inversions on their own. Focus on handstand, forearm balance, headstand and shoulder stand. Come prepared to learn new ideas, expand more than you thought possible and to enjoy your flight! Details
Would
you like to meet other singles who also enjoy yoga and are interested
in connecting in a playful, healthy, and meaningful way? Sharing
partner poses is a great way to get to know someone (and yourself) Talking
can only tell you so much. Sharing this safe, sacred practice
is a GREAT way to get an authentic and intuitive sense of a person,
well beyond what they could or would tell you in a brief conversation.
You'll pair with someone new for each stretch so you'll connect
with lots of different people. And unlike other singles events,
here, even if you don't especially click with anyone, your body
and spirit will still be fully fed and thoroughly nurtured. So
you've got nothing to lose. To ensure an even number of participants, advanced registration is required. (Depending on registration, you may be wait listed.) 4:30-7:00pm
